VSH Oncology Early Drop-off Form - Cary location



The Oncology department's hours are Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm

If you are unable to leave your pet between the hours listed above, you can drop off your pet with an emergency nurse prior to 8 am. There may be a 10-15 minute wait if they are working with an emergency or critical patient, and we appreciate your patience and cooperation should this happen. Please understand that these nurses work in our emergency area, not in the oncology department, and will not be involved with the care of your pet during the day.

Using this form for an early drop-off ensures all pertinent information is communicated to the oncology staff. We will ask that you fill out this form every time you bring your pet during non-oncology (emergency) hours. Thank you for improving our care of your pet.
