Dr. Andrew Groszkowski graduated from St. George’s University in Grenada with a Doctor in Veterinary Medicine and Master of Science in Wildlife Conservation Medicine. He completed his clinical rotations at North Carolina State University College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Groszkowski also completed a small animal internship at the Veterinary Specialist and Animal Emergency Service in Rochester, NY. He completed externships at the Denver and Indianapolis Zoos while in veterinary school and also traveled to Uganda to work with wildlife veterinarians one summer.
Dr. Groszkowski's professional interest include emergency medicine specifically for cases involving neurologic disease, endocrinopathies and immune mediated diseases. He also has an interest in exotic and wildlife medicine.
The most satisfying part of my job is being able to send pets home when they present in a critical state and provide patients and clients with comfort in an emergency.
