Dr. Elizabeth Tiller received her veterinary degree from Colorado State University. Prior to joining VSH she was an associate ER veterinarian at the Animal Emergency Center in Las Vegas and at the Emergency Pet Clinic in San Antonio. Dr. Tiller began her veterinary career in Kosovo working with cattle. Upon her return to the US, she made the switch from large animal to small animal emergency medicine.
Dr. Tiller is particularly interested in global public health given the dependance between animal and man for survival. She is also interested in disaster response planning, after personally experiencing three natural disasters.
The strong integration of emergency veterinarians and specialists working in close conjunction with primary care veterinarians to provide many options of care for patients and their owners is what sets VSH apart from other hospitals.
