Dr. Laurel Williams is one of the oncology specialists and has particular background and interest in lymphoma/leukemia, osteosarcoma and novel treatment strategies. Prior to joining VSH, Dr. Williams was Professor of Oncology and on the faculty of North Carolina State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine from 1998-2013; she remains an Adjunct Professor. She has authored/co-authored 30+ publications in peer-reviewed scientific journals, written 15+ book chapters and delivered more than 120 invited lectures at local, state, regional, national and international meetings.
