Dr. Elizabeth Tiller is one of the emergency veterinarians who provides care for patients at VSH. Dr. Tiller’s areas of special interests include disaster management planning and the use of ultrasound in the ER. She helped develop the bedside ultrasound protocols widely used today in veterinary emergency medicine.

Dr. Tiller grew up in Delaware, but has travelled extensively since then. Her travels have taken her to New York, California, Virgin Islands, Colorado, Kosovo, Texas, Las Vegas and – most recently – here to North Carolina.  She is a Green Bay Packers fan despite never having been to Wisconsin. She has climbed Mt Kilimanjaro and been Scuba diving in the Red Sea, but her current interests are closer to home now with an active toddler and busy husband.
